The annual Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park Independence Celebration will be on Wednesday, July 3, at 201 West Jefferson St. There will be food, vendors and alcohol will be sold. People can bring lawn chairs, bag chairs and blankets. No grills or tents. There is free parking
