Guests are invited to come to the Opening Reception and enjoy light refreshments, meet the artists and see all the wonderful submissions and stick around for the Think and Drink

The Gaylord Building Historic Site and Gallery Seven are collaborating on this special exhibition celebrating the 100th anniversary of Route 66. Timed to coincide with the highway’s centennial in November 2026, this exhibition will bring together original artwork and historical interpretation to explore the legacy of Route 66 in Illinois and beyond.
