Book Signing with Author Jeanne Roppolo

Join us on Saturday February 24th 2018, 12:00pm – 2:00pm for a book signing with local author Jeanne Roppolo.

Jeanne will be signing and reading from her newly published book Grandma Goes to New Zealand & Australia: Walkabouts in the Lands Down Under.

In here newly published book Jeanne Roppolo, after spending 5 months working in Antarctica, meanders back home. From McMurdo Station, she visits the Land of the Kiwis before traveling to the world’s smallest continent and largest island. Enjoy the vibrant scenery, visit museums, learn of Maori culture, experience thrills at the Adrenaline Capital of the World, and attend a performance at the iconic Sydney Opera House and so much more. 

Jeanne, an ordinary baby-boomer, without money or a college degree was placed onto a strange and unforeseen path. That long, winding road, with its twists and turns, detours and stops, led her at age 57 to a contract job in Antarctica with its extreme adventures and quirky residents. Not knowing what could possibly be next in her life-journey experiences, a suggestion by award-winning author, Linda Collison, prompted her to pen those adventures and stories. Jeanne continues to relish life’s treasured moments as she travels to distant lands, encounters new friends, and explores other cultures. She is author of the Grandma Goes to…book series, a Professional Speaker, Raconteur (storyteller), Intentional Living Coach, Serial entrepreneur, and Community Volunteer.
